Headliner Magazine is a prototype publication covering the latest and most exciting trends in music. This issue features a fully illustrated, two-spread article on The Backseat Lovers, depicting a nostalgic drive-in movie scene with the band name on screen and a hidden backseat detail in one of the cars of a couple. Another spread, Guitar Anatomy, breaks down the instrument for beginners with a vintage-inspired diagram, blending hand-drawn labels with my own stylized, duotoned photography. The cover draws inspiration from this article, featuring a skeleton holding a guitar in the same duotoned style, the headliner logo, and featured articles.
